Motor Bella, the all-new, auto-centric event, taking place at the M1 Concourse has announced that it will reopen for its planned Public Days at 9 am on Sept. 23, 2021. The facility, which received several inches of rain during the past 24 hours, had experienced significant flooding and damage to some exhibits. The event was closed today for safety reasons to conduct on-site repairs.

The on-site teams, M1 Concourse staff, our OEM and supplier partners, along with exhibit crews have worked throughout the night and today – despite continued rain – to ready the M1 Concourse for the weekend of events.

“Obviously, the rain has continued, and our teams worked exceptionally hard to get to this point, but we’ll continue working through today and tonight to be ready to go at 9 am tomorrow,” said Rod Alberts, executive director, DADA. “People will be able to experience the ride-along events – including those on the KeyBank Track – and check out more than 350 cars, all while enjoying this great location. We’re looking forward to a great weekend.”

Those with Press or Industry credentials will be able to access the event throughout the weekend. Those with unused Industry Day tickets can be refunded via the Motor Bella ticket office by calling 248.643.0250.

Additionally, a series of technical panels will be scheduled for Friday, Sept. 24 in the M1 Concourse Event Center.

Public Days event hours are:

  • Thursday, Sept. 23 – 9 am – 8 pm
  • Friday, Sept. 24 – 9 am – 8 pm
  • Saturday, Sept. 25 – 9 am – 8 pm
  • Sunday, Sept. 26 – 9 am – 7 pm

Public days will open at 9:00 am on Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021, with more than 350 vehicles on site from 35 brands, with ride-along activities on the KeyBank Track and the 200,000 square-foot off-road track.
