| a. |
The North American International Auto Show 2012 Photo
Contest will begin on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at
approximately 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and end on Sunday,
January 22, 2012 at approximately 7:00 p.m. ET.

| b. |
To enter the Contest, visit www.naias.com and
submit a photo entry online as described below.
|
| c. |
To be valid, photo entries must be taken on any day of the
NAIAS 2012 Public Days, January 14 - 22, 2012. |
| d. |
The North American International Auto Show, LLC ("NAIAS") is
offering early entrance to the 2012 North American International
Auto Show, at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 only, for ticket
holders with cameras who wish to enter into categories:
Convertibles, Coupes and Cutting Edge Concepts; Luxury;
Coolest Close-up; Electric Vehicles; and Black & White
Photos.

| e. |
No excessive additional equipment, including lighting may be
brought into the auto show.
|
| f. |
Photos must be submitted in any one of the following
categories: (1) Convertibles, Coupes and Cutting Edge
Concepts (2) Luxury (3) Coolest Close-up
(4) Electric Vehicles (5) Black & White
Photos.

| g. |
Contestants must fill out the Contest registration form with
their name, e-mail address, daytime telephone number, address, date
of birth and the photo category in which they wish to enter their
photo when uploading a photo for entry into the
Contest.
|
| h. |
Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder
of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
"Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is
assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider,
online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business,
educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning
e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted
e-mail address. All entries must be submitted with a valid
e-mail account that may be identified with a natural person by
appropriate independent means, including, without limitation,
reverse domain name search. For purposes of these Official
Rules, "receipt" of any online entry will be solely determined when
the Contest Administrator's website server records the entry
data. Any automated computer form reply or receipt (such as
one confirming delivery of e-mail) does not constitute actual
receipt by Administrator of an entry form for purposes of these
Official Rules. NAIAS and WWJ Newsradio 950 are not
responsible for online entries not received due to difficulty
accessing the internet, computer malfunctions, telephone service
outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other
technical difficulties. NAIAS and WWJ Newsradio 950 are also
not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, incomplete or late
entries, defective or unreadable entries, equipment malfunctions,
technical problems relating to submissions or any other
difficulties regarding the photo entries. |
| i. |
Contestants may submit only one photograph per category
for the duration of the Contest. Photos submitted
must be in JPEG format and must be at least 200 dpi. Any
photo submission that does not fulfill these technical requirements
will be rejected and will not be eligible to participate.
Entries must be received by 7:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, January 22,
2012 to be eligible for judging. |

There is a limit of one (1) winner per household. |
| k. |
Photographic entries must be the original creative photographic
work and/or property of the contestant and may not contain
copyrighted materials or any other materials, which may be
restricted, prohibited or outlawed by federal, state or local
laws. All photographic entries and their content become the
property of NAIAS and will not be returned. NAIAS, at its
sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify and/or destroy
any photographic entry if the entry contains illegal, indecent,
pornographic, sexually explicit content or otherwise offensive
material such as aberrational behavior, graphic violence or drug
abuse, or if such photographic entry contains material whose
content is deemed at the sole discretion of NAIAS to be unsuitable
for public viewing or posting via the internet. |
| a. | The Contest is open to contestants with government-issued picture ID, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of NAIAS and WWJ Newsradio 950, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and employees of other radio stations in the Detroit metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are not eligible to participate or win. | | b. | Winners must meet all eligibility requirements to receive any prize package. | | c. | Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the NAIAS will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The NAIAS will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the NAIAS will also delete any entry knowingly received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. |
| a. |
Five (5) Prizes: Each winner will receive $200.
Winners also may receive the opportunity of having their photo
highlighted on the NAIAS and WWJ Newsradio 950 websites.
There is no additional compensation for posting of winning pictures
on the websites. |
| b. |
All prizes must be picked up at the office of NAIAS, 1900 West
Big Beaver, Troy, MI 48084 during business hours, which are Monday
-- Friday, 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Prizes must be claimed within
thirty (30) days of winning. Prizes not claimed within the
stated time limit will be forfeited. Forfeited prizes become
the property of NAIAS. In special circumstances, a prize may
be mailed to the winner. If a prize is mailed, it will be
with the prior written consent of the winner; and therefore, the
winner assumes the risk of its loss. NAIAS is not responsible
for the safe or timely arrival of a prize.

| c. |
There are no substitutions, transfers or cash equivalents for
prizes, except that NAIAS may, at its sole discretion, substitute
prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly
limited to the item(s) announced at the time the Contest is run and
do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other
restrictions may apply.

| a. | Decisions of NAIAS management with respect to the Contest are final. | | b. | Winners: A panel of judges, selected at the sole discretion of the NAIAS, will select one winning photo in each category, that best uses artistry and composition to best represent the category, from all of the photo entries received for each respective category. The person submitting the winning entry in each category will be deemed a Winner. Entries are eligible for judging only once. Photos cannot be submitted or considered for a prize in more than one category. Decisions of Contest judges are final. The judges will not discuss the individual photos for any reason after the Contest. Winners will be contacted via telephone and e-mail within 30 days following the submittal deadline. If the chosen Winner cannot be reached, no additional winner will be selected. | | c. | NAIAS reserves the right to not choose a Winner in any category if no submitted entries satisfy judging criteria or if no eligible photos are submitted. | | d. | Prize winners must agree to satisfy all conditions and terms of prize established by the Contest sponsors, and must execute any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form before any prize is awarded. |
| a. |
Payments of all federal, state, and local taxes, license or
fees imposed upon the prize winners or the prize are solely the
responsibility of the prize winners. The winners may be
required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the
equivalent. |
| b. |
By participating in the contest, winners agree to have their
name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting
material relating to this contest without additional financial or
other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release
confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the
prize. |
| c. |
All profits from any sale of the photo will go to the NAIAS,
LLC. The sole financial consideration for the entrant is the
prize. Photos may be displayed at the North American International
Auto Show, reproduced in the official program and/or on the
official NAIAS website, www.naias.com, at the sole discretion of
the NAIAS, LLC. |
| d. |
Except as used by the North American International Auto Show,
all entrants, including winners, will retain the rights to their
work. Entry in the contest constitutes full permission to publish
names and photos of winners without further compensation. The
determination of eligibility of entries and any interpretation of
these rules is at the sole discretion of the NAIAS, LLC, and shall
be final and binding upon all entrants |
| e. |
By participating, the entrant agrees to abide by and be bound
by these rules. |
| f. |
Prior to awarding any prize, NAIAS, in its sole discretion, may
require contest winners to sign a liability release agreeing to
hold NAIAS, its corporate licensee, its corporate parent,
subsidiaries and affiliated corporations, and the officers,
shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of
each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability
arising directly or indirectly, including any physical injuries,
from participation in the contest or the contest prize. |
| g. |
Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a
contestant's disqualification solely at the discretion of
NAIAS. |
| h. |
The NAIAS, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to
disqualify any person tampering with the entry process; the
operation of the NAIAS's website or is otherwise in violation of
the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel the
contest for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or
technical failures of any sort. |
| i. |
NAIAS reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the
contest including the substitution of a prize or prizes of
equivalent value, which will become effective upon
announcement. If due to circumstances beyond its control,
NAIAS reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or
modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute
prize. |

NAIAS is not responsible for typographical or other errors in
the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or
in the announcement of a prize. |

By use of this website and by entering the Contest, you agree to
NAIAS's Website Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of your
