6:00 pm EST – A Changing Community: Advanced Manufacturing in the Age of Open Innovation & Collaboration

Jayson Pankin wants to change forever the way the automotive industry practices collaboration. Pankin, president of AutoHarvest Foundation, a 501(C)3 nonprofit that operates a unique, web-based innovation ecosystem, came at least one step further in that journey with his presentation at AutoMobili-D and the 2017 NAIAS.

It was here that Pankin outlined the goals of the AutoHarvest Foundation, which was launched in 2012 as the world’s only truly neutral and global online meeting place for innovators.

The “meeting places” allows users of all types to showcase capabilities and enables interactions between decision making innovators of all types, from major corporations to grass roots inventors.

AutoHarvest curates for members an Innovation Hub that provides access to “smart-tools” developed by third parties. Currently, some 22 organizations provide access to software, databases, content and services tailored for the advanced manufacturing community.
