I attended last year but didn't receive registration information. Please contact the Media Credentials Department for instructions.

I didn't attend last year but have attended in years past. You will have to complete a Media Credential Application.  You may download the application packet from the website.

What is the deadline for submitting my application? December 28, 2012. No applications will be accepted after this date.

Is there on-site registration available? There is NO on-site registration.

NAIAS requires a letter from employer or editor. What if I am my own employer? Then you must provide a business card and submit 3 examples of your published work dated within the last two years.

I represent a TV station, how do I submit samples of my work for the application? You won't have to.  Submit a completed application and signed TV Broadcast policy (included in the application packet).  If the Media Credentials Department requires further information from you, they will contact you.

When will I find out if my application is approved? The Media Credentials Department should contact you within a week of receipt of the completed application. If your application was mailed, please allow travel time for mail delivery. If your application was faxed, then you should receive an answer within 3 to 5 business days.

I received my registration information but the website is not letting me log in. Please contact the Media Credentials Department at 248.283.5125 or use the media contact form.

I need to change information due to typo(s) and/or change a person's name. Once a credential is submitted, changes must be made by the Media Credentials Department.  Please contact the office with your changes.

I have a person who is registered but cannot attend the show.  Can I exchange their badge so another person can attend in their place? Please contact the Media Credentials Department. The individual to receive the exchanged badge must be qualified by the Media Credentials Department. The original badge issued then must be returned to the Media Credentials Department before an exchange can be made.  ONCE PRESS PREVIEW BEGINS (Monday, January 14th, 2013), NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

I have reached my quota but I need to add another person. Please submit a written request via email to the Media Credentials Department at media2012@dada.org for a quota increase. Make sure the name of the individual(s) is listed with their company, title, and a detailed description of why they need access to press days. Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed and when a decision has been made, someone from the Media Credentials Department will follow-up with you.

Where and when can I get my badge validated? There will be validation stations on the main concourse and validators on each floor of Cobo Center.

What type of ID is okay? Identification must be a valid state driver's license or passport.
